As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will ensure efficient and effective deployment of nursing initiatives and processes and acts as key interface for cross-functional initiatives and responsibilities (e.g., staffing and scheduling, recruiting, etc.).

Job Summary And Qualifications
As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will ensure efficient and effective deployment of nursing initiatives and processes and acts as key interface for cross-functional initiatives and responsibilities (e.g., staffing and scheduling, recruiting, etc.).
What You Will Do In This Role:
- You are responsible for developing a division framework and strategy to prioritize, delegate, and execute initiatives that align with the enterprise strategy for nursing operations.
- You will assist in the development of clinical protocols that use evidence based best practices to provide consistency and drive performance outcomes.
- You will collaborate with Nursing Analytics contact(s) to track impact of initiatives across key nursing metrics (e.g., efficiency, quality, turnover, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree in required
- Master's Degree required
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas
- Minimum five years’ experience in hospital leadership preferred
- Minimum five years’ experience in hospital operations required
