The Director of Oncology Services is responsible for the planning and execution of oncology services across the facility. This includes accreditation management, planning, problem solving and communication with Hospital leadership, medical staff, department heads and nursing staff to effectively achieve overall performance goals across these key services.

Job Summary And Qualifications
The Director of Oncology Services is responsible for the planning and execution of oncology services across the facility. This includes accreditation management, planning, problem solving and communication with Hospital leadership, medical staff, department heads and nursing staff to effectively achieve overall performance goals across these key services.
What You Will Do In This Role:
- You will provide leadership, and support for oncology program initiatives to ensure strategic alignment with facility objectives.
- You will be responsible for developing relationships and processes that will achieve optimization of growth, quality and service excellence goals consistent with the health system.
- You will demonstrate service line accountability through monitoring of operating and financial indicators.
- You will ensure a system-oriented service line approach through the effective coordination of resources, standards of care, operating procedures, physician practice and coverage.
- You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish new programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field required. Master’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with a strong emphasis in accreditation management
