What You Will Do in This Role:
- Write initial treatment plans and assist with ongoing case management duties as assigned.
- Participate actively in ongoing treatment and discharge planning.
- Observe patients, record significant conditions, and reactions, and notify supervisors or physicians of patient conditions and reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
- Chart patient information according to hospital standards.
- Take and record patient vital signs and implement CIWA and COWS screenings per doctor's orders.
- Provide direct nursing care and administer specified medications orally or by subcutaneous or intermuscular injection, and note times and amounts on patient charts.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure from the state of residence.
- Demonstrated competency in BLS required upon hire and maintained.
- LPN/LVN Certificate.
