Job Summary and Qualifications:
Full time position 40 hours week.
Either: (4) 10 hour shifts: noon-11:30pm or (3) 12 hour shifts 10-10:30pm and (1) 4 hour shift
The Virtual RN Coordinator leads the virtual nurse program and provides nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care of assigned area(s) with twenty-four (24) hour accountability. The Virtual RN Coordinator delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by determining the predictable health status and health needs of patients through interpretation of health data and preventive practice from a virtual setting. The Virtual RN Coordinator supports the efforts of on-site staff to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models. The Virtual RN models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse state of KS or compact license
- Bachelors Degree or Associates degree in nursing
