Job Summary:
Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a board certified / board eligible cardiothoracic surgeon, thoracic surgery procedures required, to join an established cardiac group.Qualified Candidates:
- Thoracic surgery procedures required
- Board certified or board eligible in cardiothoracic surgery
- A physician leader interested in advancing an STS 2-star program to a 3-star program; medical director opportunity
- 3 years’ experience preferred but not required
- Current and historical STS data and case logs
- Employment with HCA physician services group
- Call schedule is 1:3
- Paid AMA membership
- Team includes an additional cardiovascular surgeon, an advanced heart failure specialist, interventional cardiologist, a structural heart interventionalist, 2 EP cardiologists, advanced cardiac imaging specialist, one general cardiologist and several APP's
