DescriptionIntroductionLooking for a clinical liaison to help facilitate referrals from HCA Hospitals to our Home Health Agency. Candidates must be FL LPN Licensed and have experience in Home Health.Position will cover :
- HCA Doctor's Hospital - non-commissioned
- Non-HCA hospital and / or other skilled accounts or physician specialty accounts (TBD) - potential for commissionMain Qualifications :
- Be clinical, LPN preferred but open to therapist
- Live in proximity to HCA Doctor's hospital
- Have home health and selling experience, (HH selling experience as preference)
