In-Home Care Nursing Supervisor

Location : Bergen County, New Jersey

Pay Rate : $45 per hour (Per Diem)

Join Our Compassionate Team as a Nursing Supervisor! Are you an experienced nursing professional looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity? Home Helpers of Bergen County is seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Nursing Supervisor to join our team on a per diem basis

  • Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.
  • Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they understand policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular supervisions of caregivers to maintain high standards of care.
  • Conduct comprehensive care assessments to evaluate client needs and update care plans as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to caregiving staff to ensure quality care and compliance with agency protocols.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Experience in home care or a related healthcare field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to improving the quality of care for clients.
