Caregiver Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides or Caregivers. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and exercises.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.
- Ability to pass a full employment background check.
- 6 months experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course.
