What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/MA Orthopedics/Cardiology/Pain Management Part Time, Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 4pm position at HCH brand?
The MA/LPN will be responsible for rooming patients, collecting point of service collections, scheduling imaging and surgeries as ordered, and completing appointment reminder phone calls. The nurse will assist with clinic set up and tear down, chart organization, chart prep, prior-authorization and delivering mail to the appropriate physicians.
The LPN Candidate is required to have BLS, Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses, Currently licensed in the state of Ohio. MA candidates are required to have BLS and High School diploma. Graduate of an accredited school for Medical Assistant or proof of certification as a Medical Assistant is a preferred qualification. Previous experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant in an office setting is preferred.
