What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Aide- Contingent position at HCH brand?
Responsibilities: A Medical Imaging Aide will assist the Radiologist, Sonographer, and Nuclear Medicine Technologist which may include the following tasks: patient scheduling and preparation, pulling, preparing, maintaining patient’s charts, obtaining physician orders/diagnosis, developing films, and checking the daily medical imaging patient charges for correctness.
Qualifications: A BLS is required. Additionally, a High School Diploma or GED is required. It is preferred that the Medical Imaging Aide has previous experience in health care and has a Registry Candidate American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
