HCH Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Interdepartmental Overdose Project Coordinator . This is a full-time position with HCH Enterprises, LLC and a contract position with the state of Rhode Island.
The Interdepartmental Overdose Project Coordinator will join the EOHHS Overdose Prevention Team. The desired candidate will work as a project coordinator managing multiple interdepartmental and interagency projects within the EOHHS overdose team. This role requires excellent administrative and organizational skills and experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications, project management, interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be a direct report to the Director of the Governor’s Task Force. The overall responsibility of the ideal candidate will be to coordinate across different programmatic, data, finance, and policy teams to ensure overdose projects are coordinated and tracked within the EOHHS team, across state agencies, and with community stakeholders.
This is an onsite hybrid position (contingent upon space and the evolving pandemic) and is in Cranston, RI. Local candidates highly desired.
Responsibilities
- To support the EOHHS team in planning and organizing logistics for the Opioid Advisory Committee (OSAC), create and maintain related tracking systems, including assisting with developing reports, agendas, minutes, and other tasks as needed.
- Active coordination and facilitation of interagency contract monitoring including programmatic performance improvement, milestone and spending reporting, budgetary requests, and other tasks as needed.
- Serve as the coordinator for all interagency and interdepartmental communication including but not limited to supporting internal and external meetings and events, the OSAC, and Governor’s Overdose Task Force and its workgroups, and maintaining notes and action items for the EOHHS Overdose Team
- Develop and document best practices through the development of tracking systems, records / file management, process development, and standard operating procedures to ensure organization, communication, and overall effective and efficient project management.
Skills and abilities :
Projected start date is 3 / 03 / 25. Estimated end date of contract is 6 / 30 / 25. This is a hybrid position in Cranston, RI. Candidate must be able to meet this requirement. Annual compensation range is $75k-$82k.
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
