HCH Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Oracle Financial Specialist . This is a full-time position with HCH Enterprises, LLC and a contract position with the state of Rhode Island.
The Oracle Financial Specialist – Senior position will lead and assist in supporting, maintaining, and developing the Department’s Oracle EBS Financial System known as FMS. The Oracle ERP Modules include : Oracle Grants Management, Oracle Inventory, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Accounts Receivable, Oracle Purchasing (PO), Oracle Account Payable (AP), Oracle General Ledger (GL).
- The contractor Technical Lead will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the Oracle R12 Financial Management System (FMS) processes and address new areas of work.
- The contractor Technical Lead will work with the WorkDay HCM / Payroll and the Financial integration team on Data Mapping and Integrations. FMS is slated to sunset in October 2025.
- The contractor Technical Lead will also work on Bridge Integrations between Oracle FMS and Workday between now and July 2025. These New integrations from Oracle ERP include transaction on Purchase Orders, Invoices, GL, Grants, AR, Projects. Currently these integrations are between RIFANS an Oracle Financial ERP system with its own Chart of Accounts and DOTs Chart of Accounts in FMS.
- As a result of the Bridge Integrations from FMS to Workday, the contractor Technical Lead will also be required to develop new reports and update existing FMS Oracle reports.
It is expected this person to have extensive experience in designing and developing high level custom solutions including Interfaces using SQL, PL-SQL, RICE Objects [Interfaces, Conversions, Integrations and Extracts], Oracle Application Object Library, Oracle Forms 10g, Reports [Oracle Reports 10g, Discoverer Reports 11g, XML and BI Publisher Reports, OBIEE Reports and Analytics], Workflows, Oracle Application Framework, Java, XML, Scripting [UNIX Shell, SAMBA Client, JavaScript], Oracle Database 12c, and Oracle tools [JDeveloper, SQL Developer].

The state has multiple projects in the pipeline to add values to their current business or process, lower their cost base, perform effective risk management, and automate third-party integrations etc.

Projected start date TBD. Estimated length of contract is one year with possible extension. The position can either be onsite or remote. Onsite is preferred. If the candidate is relocating to be onsite, the state offers a very flexible work schedule. Three days on site and two remote days. Annual compensation range is $132k-$144k.
