Job Description
HCH Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager in support of The Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH). This is a full-time, contract position.
BHDDH is an agency within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), It is the second largest department in the Rhode Island state government with more than 1,100 employees working in three divisions: Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals, which includes the Eleanor Slater Hospital (ESH) and the newly formed Rhode Island State Psychiatric Hospital (RISPH).
BHDDH Hospitals is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager with IT and Healthcare Background.
Project Management (Approximately 50%)
Provide project management and serve as the technical liaison for small-to-medium size projects and requests for implementations/enhancements/migrations of applications, databases, interfaces, websites, servers, network equipment, and telecommunications. Create and facilitate project plans, agendas, minutes, documentation, and communicate with stakeholders.
Business Analyst / Application Analyst
Work with business and technical staff to gather requirements, research, document, analyze, organize, visualize, develop test scenarios, troubleshoot, and provide support for financial/clinical/case management business processes and applications.
Administrative Support
Assist with IT vendor and contract management. Monitor contracts, invoices, and payments. Serve as a liaison between the vendor and State agency staff.
Compliance
Assist with analysis and maintenance of controls for safeguarding data. Assist with implementing solutions to ensure the appropriate level of access to sensitive information. Assist with HIPAA compliance, documentation, audits, assessments, analysis, and mitigation.
Microsoft 365 – Implementations and enhancements, support, governance, and auditing of Microsoft 365 products including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, and Power Apps.

This job will start out onsite full time on the Pastore Complex in Cranston. The candidate may be offered up to 2 days per week of remote work after 3-to-6 months. If remote work is approved, the position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in a Cranston office.
This is a full-time, contract position. Projected start date TBD. Contract length TBD. Annual compensation range 89k-98k
