Shower Door Estimator - Contract 1099 Position

We are looking to hire quality estimators who are handy, friendly, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

If you have experience in construction, home improvement store retail, or are just good with a tape measure, this role could be perfect for you.

The Opportunity:

Shower Door Estimator/Sales - Your role is to get accurate measurements and to provide recommendations on shower and tub door enclosures based on customer needs, and sell them the door and/or our installation services. All appointments are set by our internal coordinators who receive requests from major Home Improvement retail stores.

We are growing exponentially throughout the Southeast. The right person will have substantial growth opportunities in the months and years to come.

Required Skills:
- Ability to use a tape or laser measure and accurately note measurements (This will be tested)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with technology and mobile apps to log activity and provide quotes

Preferred Skills:

- Technical knowledge or experience in the industry is a plus

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Please note that this position involves regular travel within the designated market area. A valid driver's license is required

Expectations:
- No cold calls, only screened leads for in home appointments
- Significant use of a tape measure or laser to provide accurate measurements

- Use of personal car around 4000 Miles per month,

- Use of personal tools including cross beam laser level ($65 online) and equipment for measurements

- Professional demeanor with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships

- Comfort with technology, customer contracts are signed electronically
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Job Type:

• Full-time - 1099 Contract Employee

Salary:

• On Target Earnings $62k per year
• $875 weekly base $300 weekly Vehicle / Gas / Tech Allowance = Total $1175 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 4-6 appointments per day

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Background check will be conducted

Work Location:

• Traveling within designated territory

Pay: $52,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
