Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are in search of talented and experienced youth Basketball Private Lesson Coaches who are committed to developing players to their highest potential. This position is contractor opportunity with average individual session earnings at $50 per hour.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Building lesson plans to give technical, tactical, and encouraging feedback to players of all skill levels
- Experience and knowledge of coaching basketball; at least two years of coaching experience in a competitive or recreational basketball environment
- Proactive and responsive communication with HCI staff and players’ families regarding scheduling, curriculum, facility policies, and being available to answer questions
- A standard of high quality coaching and professional appearance and behavior
