Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of experienced Group Fitness Instructors who are ready to help teach our members proper technique while leading a safe, fun, and effective fitness class! As a Group Fitness Instructor at HCI, you’ll continue to help us engrain ourselves within our community, so having a passion for fostering relationships and helping others are a must!

Requirements

In joining our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing clear instruction during your scheduled Group Fitness classes
• Tailoring each class to the participants – considering fitness levels and restrictions
• Ensure participant safety by monitoring and correcting technique and equipment usage
• Fostering an inclusive environment for all members and first-time visitors
• Managing your schedule of classes within our team, including requesting substitutes and helping cover classes for fellow-instructors

To Be a Great Fit, You’ll Have

• Experience Instructing: Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Boxing, Spin, Weightlifting and/or Strength Classes
• Morning and/or weekday evening availability
• Current group fitness certification(s)
• CPR/AED Certifications
• Strong communication skills and coachability
