Duties:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Utilize strong retail math skills to accurately handle sales transactions, manage inventory, and process returns.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Expected hours: 50 per week
Pay will be based on experience
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
