Role/Responsibilities:

• To drive the portfolio of projects/program for an identified client through optimum mix of resource within the given cost and margin and provide customer satisfaction that complies with the quality and delivery parameters.
• To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met.
• To support business development activities to source further business from the existing client.
• To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and reference ability.
• To guide, manage, develop and engage the team.
• To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience planning, forecasting and program management with ability to provide solutions and implement to wide range of product.
• Prior experience managing large portfolios ($50 million ) across multiple Geo s.
• Professional expertise in SAFe (Agile) execution, project management working in P&C domain.
• Proven expertise in Java technology platform, Full stack & Guidewire and cloud based programs (AWS & Azure).
• Experienced professional in working model handling onshore offshore model.
• Proven expertise in SAFe, Agile methodologies & metrices, SLO tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling RFPs, provide technical & delivery solutions, work on operational/P&L activities related to the program
• Strong people management skills, conflict management, Prioritization and operational acumen.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $104000/ Yearly

Pay Range Maximum: $213400/Yearly

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
