Role/Responsibilities
- As Guidewire professional candidate needs to work on design documents, requirement elicitation and workshop participation to deliverable in complex projects.
- Responsible for providing technical guidance / Architecture solutions, define, advocate, and implement best Guidewire Practice.
- As an Architect participate in technical discussions/review for Guidewire architecture design and for feasibility study (technical alternatives, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- Demonstrate experience in explaining complex technology decisions to Developer s ,QA and non-functional teams.
- Develop business logics to customize GW products specifically in Policy-Center.
- Guide and support the team in enhancing technical capabilities and optimization to
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Academic qualifications/Level of Education - Preferably an undergraduate / associate level degree / diploma from an accredited institution, in Computer Science / Statistics / Applied Mathematics / EE / Electronics or, any equivalent technical field of study. Applications are also invited from candidates with major in Software Engineering / Information Technology / Management Information Systems.
- Proficient into guidewire technology stack with extensive implementation experience in Guidewire Policy Center V10 and above.
- Professionally Certified resource as Guidewire Associate & Guidewire Ace.
- Expertise in Guidewire product, specifically in Guidewire Policy Center as Technical Architect.
- Proven experience in modernization /transformation at P&C insurance carriers.
- Expertise into extensive experience in Guidewire related integrations, Implementations, and delivery.
- Proficient into Design and implement policy transformation strategies and roadmaps to meet business goals and value drivers.
- Professional expertise into Guidewire claims center, & Billing center as well.
- In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies & DevOps practice.
- Proficient in integration mechanisms, Data model, Rules, and Configurations.
- Professional expertise and experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite , refining requirements and any of the public cloud.
- Professional and technical understanding on various Guidewire platform and interwork.
- Expertise in resolving issues, integrations, logging, and monitoring with other vendor products.
- Awareness in compliance and regulatory requirements for GW Product onboarding.

- Keeping up with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines in an often ambiguous and changing environment.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $68000 (or $33 per hour)
Pay Range Maximum: $140800 (or $68 per hour)

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
