Role/Responsibilities:

• HCLTech is looking for talented Solution Architect/ Enterprise Architect responsible for developing design and architecture to support cross domain business capabilities.
• Architecture the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems, ensuring adherence to high and basic design principles.
• Apply SRE principles to enhance system reliability, performance, and availability.
• Utilize container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift to streamline deployment and orchestration of applications.
• Leverage Spring Boot to develop microservices and backend applications, applying best practices and design patterns.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.
• Guide the creation of responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on React.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for each microservice, detailing architecture, design decisions, and implementation guidelines.
• Work closely with technologists in to create architecture for legacy mainframe and distributed applications and help migrate them to private and public cloud.
• Professional will focus on the intentional architecture and provide mentorship on emergent architecture to the technical teams.
• Professional will have hands-on experience in cloud architectures (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and deep interest and experience in broad enterprise platforms and cloud patterns.
• Participate/lead in producing conceptual, solution and component-level architectures and associated artifacts.
• Develop cross domain business requirements reference architecture for transition and target state and contribute to the cloud related patterns and implementations
• Identify, create and socialize developer guides to explain technology best practices, how to and dos and don ts Identify, create and socialize standards and specifications of existing and new technology and drive their adoptions by domains across the organization.
• Identify the need for common components for shared business capabilities, develop the strategy including architecture and drive their development and adoption discussion with leadership team.
• Provide mentorship to the engineers and help them with their career progression to higher roles.
• Develop and lead developer community of practices to facilitate discussions on technical topics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements

• Proven professional experience for 15 years of experience in Solution / Enterprise Architecture on Java & AWS Services platform with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Professional expertise to different design patterns in Java backend & implementations to move legacy based applications to AWS or private cloud.
• Proven experience working Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC & Spring cloud) and its architecture.
• Expertise developing & consuming API S (Restful) as webservices using Microservices Architecture.
• Professionally proven in developing target state architecture using offered AWS Services & private cloud, must have vision to develop the transition architecture.
• Professional expertise and experience on Architecture patterns in Microservices, Restful API, No-Sql DB, Caches ETC.
• Proven expertise on AWS Architecture and its services using EC2 instances, S3 Buckets, Lambda Functions, AWS EKS, SQS, Dynamo DB. AWS RDS & Elastic Search.
• Expertise into Terraform, DevOps practices, Containerization (Docker/Container/Kubernetes).
• Proven experience addressing operational and non-functional concerns (e.g. scalability, performance, maintainability, load distribution, resilience and recovery, etc.)
• Proven prior experience in Kafka, Redis and other messaging services.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in explaining complex technology decisions to both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels in the organization.

• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating and developing high trust relationships with frontline and second level management and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate working in SAFe framework & Agile methodologies SDLC.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $71000

Pay Range Maximum: $145200

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
