RESPONSIBILITIES
" Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of instrument application, operation and of the electrical and mechanical principles involved in repair, testing and calibration
" Develop electrical systems design narratives, technical studies, and reports.
" Present technical briefings to management, program officials, and technical staff.
" Adhere to all safety standards and practices.
" Create and deliver concise technical summary reports to customers.
" Prepare and present design reviews for internal and external customers.
" Ensure best design practices are followed and drive process improvements.
" Facilitate and ensure the quality of the project deliverables.
SKILLS
" Proactive mindset.
" Comfortable with debugging and instructing others in how-to debug.
" Natural problem solver with leadership capabilities and consulting experience.
" Skilled in writing protocols and collaboration.
" Demonstrated skill with scripting and test automation.
" Mentor, guide and support junior team members.
" Drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
" Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to make the most of available time.
Qualifications
" Understanding of a Pharma/Biotech environment.
" Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, or certificate/diploma in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, also time served trade experienced (electrician or process instrumentation technician) also considered that has good startup & commissioning and facility qualification experience
" 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
