ODGA - Business AnalystWe are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support the ODGA and specially the Office of WorkforceDevelopment (a newly created agency in the Commonwealth) reporting to the Deputy Chief Data Officerwithin the Office of Data Governance and Analytics.This role will provide strategic business analysis services to the Virginia Office of Data Governance andAnalytics and the Office of Workforce Development. The focus of this position is to work closely withinthe ODGA and the Office of Workforce Development to gain in-depth understanding of agency'sbusiness strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which it operates. This role will bekey to understanding and documenting the capabilities needed to address business challenges. This rolewill be client facing and will act as the liaison between the ODGA and the Office of WorkforceDevelopment.The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end toidentify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improveefficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects toassisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational businessfunctions that affect team members and providers.
