Expectations from this role:
1. Work with project team to develop, unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects
2. Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.
3. Perform other duties as assigned or requested
4. Code, debug, test and document; communicate product/component/feature during development stages.
5. Optimise efficiency, cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
6. Learn technology, business domain, system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
7. Define/review technical requirements based on user stories.
8. Mentor new team members
9. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions, organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons, etc.
10. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
11. Suggest appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components
12. Set goals in NorthStar, measure progress timely and update accordinglyTypical performance measures:
1. Completion of applicable technical/domain certifications
2. Adherence to coding standards set by ERP/CRM Practice
3. Number of mandatory training requirements (technology/industry specific training programs and UST mandatory trainings)
4. Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects
5. Quick turnaround of production bugs
6. Number of post delivery defects
7. Adhere to SLAs where applicable (if supporting)
8. Resource billability throughout the year
