Responsibilities
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware and software
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and operating systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all desktop systems
- Provide technical support via help desk tickets, phone calls, or in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot computer networking issues including DNS configurations
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide solutions in a timely manner
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office for issue tracking and documentation
Skills
- Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions promptly
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with DNS configurations and network protocols
- Experience working in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong communication skills to interact with end-users effectively
- Familiarity with IT support tools like Jira and Microsoft Office suite
