We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Duties
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
- Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
- Configure computer systems according to company policies
- Perform system upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide technical support for operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
- Assist with DNS and TCP/IP configurations
Skills
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Windows, Linux operating systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members
- Knowledge of computer management, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT support practices and protocols
- Understanding of DNS and TCP/IP protocols

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies.
