The candidate should possess both a business/sales background that enables them to engage at the SAP Market unit and SAP field level, and SAP regional leadership Must HAVE SAP S4HANA services knowledge and selling experiences Responsibilities within the SAP Ecosystem Role will include driving HCL Sales & SAP Field alignment across the region Responsibility to establish and grow business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with SAP Field, Market Units, SAP Partner management & HCL Practices Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build strong industry relationships. Interact with internal global alliance teams centrally to leverage and drive partnership excellence in the field (1.) To conduct research and analysis to evaluate partner capabilities, financial health, and alignment with HCLtech Objective. (2.) To collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate terms, including revenue sharing models. (3.) To facilitate onboarding, ensure partnership alliance and strategies, and foster relationships. (4.) To develop Industry-Specific Sales Collateral for sales teams. (5.) To provide trainings & resources to internal sales & support teams on how to sell partner's offerings. (6.) To collaborate with Sales teams on industry trends, focus areas, and customer profiles.
