JOB SPECIFICATION FORM Job Description for the Win11 Trader MigrationWe are looking for a talented and seasoned Trade Floor Engineer to become a part of our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will possess significant expertise in trade floor support, endpoint migration, and managing migration/upgrade projects.Role-based responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network issues and trade-floor specific applications on the trade floor. Floor-walking the Trade-floor Assist Traders on the trade-floor during migration/upgradeKey responsibilities Provide technical support and maintenance for the trade floor, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Manage and execute endpoint migration projects, including planning, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with traders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand and address technical needs and issues. Maintain and update documentation related to trade floor systems and endpoint migrations. Ensure complianc (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.)
