What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at HCL Technologies?
Professional with experience in the areas of managing end-to-end R4/VoLTe Testing functions & Functional/Regression/KPI/Sanity Testing .
Requirement gathering & analysis, test case extraction & execution, test case document review, configuration, defect tracking and debugging.
Good Experience in testing and test coordination support for the following services:
2 G voice service
4 G / VoLTE consumer voice service
4 G / VoLTE enterprise voice service (Ultracard and corporate VPN services)
Fixed consumer voice service (DSL and cable services)
Fixed enterprise voice service (trunking services)
Having Good Knowledge of Nokia R4, VoLTE and Fixed nodes.
Extensive experience in Test Management, test execution , MOP Testing, lead troubleshooting, analyzing traces, logs and events.
Good experience in Lab hardening, Testing new feature in lab, test validation. And clean run with basic testing.
Excels in re-organizing Test Automation Scripts to make it work better and implementing new procedures in the Automation system to enhance overall efficiency.
Good Basic Knowledge of various technologies such as, Docker, Kubernetes, Open stack, and Python will be a value addition.
(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
