Work closely with operations teams to ensure the smooth running of the MFT environment
Stay up-to-date on the latest MFT technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
Proven experience with IBM Sterling MFT

Experience with OCP (Open Cluster Project)
Strong Unix scripting skills (Bash, Shell)
Experience with data exchange technologies (EDI, FTP, SFTP, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.)
