Build robust back-end services, APIs, and microservices with .NET technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UXUI designers, and other developers.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while ensuring application scalability and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, providing high-quality technical solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve application performance, security, and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development best practices.
Service Manager Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of IT services, ensuring optimal service delivery aligned with business needs.
Manage service requests, incidents, and service disruptions, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet service targets and improve service processes.
Oversee service performance and identify areas for improvement through data analysis, trend monitoring, and client feedback.
Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of services.
Manage service-level agreements SLAs and ensure all service contracts are adhered to.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and work to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Provide regular service reports and updates to management and clients, detailing service performance, incidents, and improvements.
Qualifications Skills
.NET Full Stack Developer
Proven experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C Sharp, and JavaScript React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of DevOps tools, CICD processes, and version control Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
Service Manager
Proven experience in service management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
Ability to manage client relationships and handle service-related queries effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze service performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Experience with service management tools and platforms e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
