Resource needs to work in China location and manage Office 365 for 21Vianet tenant individually
Deep technical expertise and extensive experience in administration, supporting, and optimizing the M365 suites ,Exchange online, SharePoint online and M365 troubleshooting, resolving and finding root cause.
Experience on office 365 Groups, OneDrive, Teams, StaffHub, Flow, Forms and other Apps
Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, industry trends, Roadmap
Troubleshoot Outlook-Exchange connectivity issues, calendar issues , contact issues, Mail flow
Managing email archives, mailbox permissions and mailbox database creations
Managing incoming and outgoing policies , Whitelisting, TLS configuration , managing listeners and SMTP routes
Working knowledge on Conditional access policy
Knowledge on Exchange online protection, Iron Port, Proof Point
Database Availability group (High Availability) troubleshooting
Administer and support the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure optimal performance.
Configure and manage Teams policies, security settings, and governance.
Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate Teams with other applications.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Teams capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams functionality and integrations.
Monitor Teams usage and generate reports to guide improvements.
Stay updated with the latest Teams features and updates, implementing changes as needed.
Working knowledge on M365 appss
Proactive event detection and notification (availability, capacity and performance).
Archive and delete unused sites in accordance with Customer's requirements.
Periodically report on, and remove orphaned users identities from sites.
Support and manage labelling of SharePoint documents based on content and sensitivity.
Support and manage protection, retention and data loss prevention in SharePoint based on document labels
Suggest archive and deletion of unused sites.
Administer and support the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure optimal performance.
