Site Reliability Operations
Primary Responsibilities
Quickly respond to Monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests coming into Site Reliability Operations.
Proactively monitor availability and performance of the SAP Ariba Cloud. Qualifications Good understanding of Linux OS, configurations, command line skills.
Good understanding of DNS, NFS, Storage, Network and Web services.
Good understanding with basic networking concepts TCP/IP stack and OSI layers.
Quickly able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the area of Linux OS & Network.
Experience in troubleshooting Java-based web & Database application related issues.
Knowledgeable in relational database software and concepts, specifically Oracle, MYSQL, and Postgres Experience with supporting Cloud and SaaS applications a definite advantage
WILLINGNESS TO WORK IN SHIFTS: 24x7 COVERAGE.
5 years of Linux Admin, Linux based Application Support and Production Support experience.
2 years Cloud knowledge is preferrable.
Linux Admin,

Cloud and SaaS
Cloud knowledge (GCP,AZURE,AWS)
CI/CD Pipelines in DevOps
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
