Role / Responsibilities :
As the AI and Automation Principal , you will lead the development, deployment, and management of AI-driven automation solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for designing intelligent systems that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business innovation. The role requires strong expertise in AI, machine learning, Application Support & maintenance (ASM) related automation technologies such as RPA, Monitoring Tools, Event correlation tools, etc. and digital transformation.
- Define and implement AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive AI initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions.
- Communicate AI strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders, along with monitoring the adoption and effectiveness of AI models implemented.
- Design / recommend AI models for predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and intelligent automation.

Pay Range Minimum : $ 105,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum : $ 215,600 per year
