The Client Services Director is a client facing senior leadership role that oversees the client service delivery teams and ensures that HCLTech, customer service and client goals are met. Multiple Client Services Director positions available to serve a long established client account; candidate should be based in/near Bellevue WA, Kansas City MO, Atlanta GA The successful candidate is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, demonstrating key industry technical solution expertise, overseeing both sale and delivery personnel, establishing key quality and innovation initiatives within the teams and driving strategic account planning to ensure sustainable business growth. The role focuses on developing long term client partnerships, expanding service offerings, and ensuring seamless delivery of competitive IT solutions. The Client Service Director would have deep skills in the one or more of the following: Site-Reliability Engineering & IT Operations, Retail and Digital Application development, Integration & microservices development, platforms including supply chain-order management-Finance, data platforms and management
Role/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client services delivery teams, providing direction, guidance, mentoring while fostering a collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
- Define and execute sales and business development strategies within the client organization
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop strategic and technical IT solutions for the client based on deep knowledge of the existing systems and landscape
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, offering strategic insights and leadership to drive business success
- Address any service delivery challenges, collaborating with client and HCLTech teams to find solutions that maintain client satisfaction
- Manage client engagements to ensure HCLTech financial and qualitative goals are met
- Coordinate with engagement team, leadership and HCLTech practices to ensure client needs are met
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute strategies for growing the company’s footprint within the account
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, software engineering, information technology, computer science, marketing, or related field
- 10 years of experience in client service delivery leadership preferred
- Proven track record of managing client service teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technology trends
- Knowledge of telecom IT processes, software and systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $125,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $256,300 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
