Role/Responsibilities
Seeking experienced and results-driven individual to lead and implement process improvement initiatives in Warehouse with a focus on Lean methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies, coaching teams to develop innovative solutions, and driving measurable change. Candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to apply lean principles such as VSM, Flow, Pull, and a strong background in performance management. The role will work cross-functionally to optimize Operations & Warehouse processes, enhance productivity, and deliver cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize lean tools to analyze current Warehouse and scheduling processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Guide teams and facilitate continuous improvement projects (Kaizens) using Lean Methodology to implement new Warehouse strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout supply chain including source and plan, to implement successful process changes
- Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) sessions and drive implementation of corrective actions
- Assist in development and maintenance of documentation, including process maps, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Assist in training team members on Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and tools
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Lean Black Belt preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Supply Chain management preferred
- Minimum 4 yrs experience in process optimization or Warehouse Operations role
- Strong analytical skills: proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven experience with improving layout, cell design, process flow
- Strong capabilities in VSM, mapping, Lean tools including standard work
- Knowledge of Planning to optimize inventory flow and warehouse space
- Strong communication skills and project management skills with the ability to influence and drive change across organization
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scheduling software preferred
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards in Warehouse Operations
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $30.29 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $49.04 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
