What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at HCLTech?
- As a data analyst, you will be responsible for identifying software failures and data issues, and providing metrics reports for management.
- Identification of service delivery concerns, including attendance at scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
- Client relationship management, including attendance at scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
- Ensure ticket/cases are managed and completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor SSH-related dashboards
- Produce metrics reports used for team performance tracking and management updates
- Identify automation opportunities to improve issue detection & resolution capability/efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional SSH team to devise interim containment actions measures and establish preventive corrective actions.
- Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Any Graduate (3-4 years course)
- Preference for any Data Science/Data Analyst certifications
- 2 years of experience in Data analytics or similar roles
- Experience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
- Data analysis, modelling and visualization charts/graphs
- Critical and analytical thinking
- High attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
- Proactive, self-motivated, self-starter, minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, time and workflow management skills

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
