Qualifications & Experience required:
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage large account, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.
- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Solutioning: Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Transformation Programs: Drive and manage transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Support Programs: Oversee support programs, bring in stability and drive automation ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver value.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies.
Minimum Mandatory Skills:
- Strong program management skills
- Excellent solutioning capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Program management experience across Run and Change
Experience Level:
- 20 years of experience required.
- Extensive experience in managing large accounts and leading programs
- Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and support programs
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 96000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 198000 Per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
