Must Have Experience:

• Must be an individual Contributor (Will have 2 to 3 Direct reports)
• Must have: Application Development background and experience
• Must have Experience: Cloud Native, AWS or Azure or Google Cloud.
• Must have Experience: Driving Solutions End to End
• Must have Experience: Designing solutions on premise to Cloud & and take AI to Cloud
• Technology Experience needed: Enterprise Architecture, Technology Architecture, Cloud Architecture & Migrations, GenAI understanding.
• Must Have Experience: Purposing ideas & Hands on Creating Solutions & Transformations Roadmaps
• Must have Experience: Solutioning for a large customer or a portfolio. Interacting with Sr. customer stakeholders to provide ideas and solutions
• Experience working on Large Accounts / Portfolio size 50 to 40 million (Influencing Technology way to work)
• Customer/Client Facing skills: Working with CXO/CIO/Leadership Regular Interactions, Propose Ideas and Solutions, Own Transformation roadmaps.
• Ideally someone coming from a Consulting Background and understanding what it takes to work in a consulting company environment.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

• Be the thought-leader for technology with customer CTOs, CIOs or Chief architects
• Run the technology chapters in their portfolio
• Mine these accounts for growth by creating proactive proposals and responding to reactive RFPs
• Participate in conference and hackathons to improve their social profile
• Experience leading large Arch Org as CTO.
• Worked in multiple large distributed mission critical applications as an architect
• Used Architecture tools for modeling
• Knowledgeable in ROI and benefits analysis
• Published white papers in recognized forums
• Very good presentation/Articulation skills
• Keeps track of industry trends and incorporates new concepts
• Experience as Principal Arch in leading organizations
• Owns IPs and patents
• Advanced understanding of AI concepts , LLMS, RAG, Agentic apps
• Advance Understanding in Data visualization and Data pipelines
• Advanced understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• Experience in transforming one enterprise application to Cloud Native and one Public cloud migration program Awareness of Security concerns while designing enterprise applications.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $134,000k per year

Pay Range Maximum: $275,000k per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
