Mandatory Experience Required - 12 Years
Network Architect Responsibilities:
- As part of a dynamic team of network architects, you'll contribute to the smooth flow of information by designing and planning computer systems networks.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineers.
- Ensure that the network infrastructure complies with industry standards and best practices for security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
- Monitor network performance and capacity, identify potential bottlenecks or issues and optimize performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and encryption technologies.
- Two of the most desired skills here are organizational skills and analytical skills.
- Excellence in communication and teamwork is a must.
- A solid knowledge of the theoretical basics of computer science.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $64,000 - $120,000
