Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Adhering to SLAs
- Mentoring / Training Team Members
- Handling Incident, Problem and Change tickets / Service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered.
- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration, and migration.
- Extensive experience on Projects design and implementation
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA.
- Understanding of multi-geo support environment
- Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment.
- Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction.
- Suggests new technologies and design changes.
- Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members.
- Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time.
- Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating.

- Min 10 years of Network administration experience in large enterprise environment
- Experience in Customer handling as a Techno Manger
- Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certifications.
- Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business continuity and Disaster recovery
- Excellent hands-on experience on with CISCO SDWAN with Implementation and troubleshooting Skills.
- Expertise in the analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN/WAN architecture and good experience on IP services.
- Should have Extensive experience on project design, Implementation (Brown & Green Filed)
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Expert level knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing, and testing of static and dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and ability to interpret and resolve complex route table problem.
- Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco devise (Routers Switches l2/l3) Excellent hands-on on Cisco & Meraki Products
- Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki switches MS100, MS200, MS300, MS400
- Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki MX100, MX84 MX250, MX450
- Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki WLC/Access point
- Should have excellent knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Meraki Wi-Fi networks
- Handling escalated troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN
- Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switches
- Excellent hands-on experience on Wireless LAN technologies – Cisco
- Excellent hands-on experience on WAN Acceleration
- Network Management tools – Cisco Prime & Netscout, DNAC
- Application Load balancers F5 Big IP LTM/GTM
- Knowledge on Infoblox solutions such as IPAM/DHCP/DNS/ vDiscovery will be an added advantage
- Experience in AWS or AZURE or any cloud networking technologies will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Juniper technology will be an added advantage
- Good Team player
- Good documentation skills
- Able to handle high pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $56,000 - $106,000
