What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Engineer LAN/WAN L3 position at HCLTech?
Certification:
CCNP Switching is Mandatory. CCNP Routing is highly desirable.
Primary Skill
Design, implement, and optimize complex Cisco routing and switching architectures, including enterprise LAN/WAN, data centers, and remote sites
Advanced knowledge of OSPF, BGP and routing redistribution. Proficiency in VLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP
Experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco hardware including Catalyst switches, ISR routers, Nexus 2k, 5k, 7k series.
Deep understanding and requires hands-on experience of SD-WAN
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for network issues and ensure quick resolution of incidents involving routing, switching.
Expertise in using network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow, and syslog to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Knowledge of network security concepts, including VPNs (IPSec, SSL), ACLs.
Knowledge wireless network Bridge's
Secondary Skill
Good Knowledge on Aruba Wireless AP and Aruba Clear Pass
Good Knowledge on ISE
Load Balancing solutions in high-availability architectures, F5
SolarWinds experience
Working knowledge of creating Network design using VISIO diagrams

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $59,000 - $110,000
