Position: Network Operation Support (NOC Analyst)
Location: Cary, NC
Fulltime (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
L1.5 Network LAN, WAN & WLAN resource:
- Hands on experience of Monitoring Enterprise LAN, WAN and WLAN environment through NMS.
- Remote management and monitoring of Network operations via multiple tools
- knowledge ITIL framework (Incident/change/service/Problem).
- Knowledge of CMDB.
- Good knowledge of ITSM (Service Now) ticket handling
- Knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
- 24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
- Level 1.5 support of SOPs based troubleshooting.
- Planning and perform upgrade of network devices.
- Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems.
- Good communication skill
- Email and meeting etiquette.
- CCNA (Routing /switching /wireless) certification mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $45,000 - $85,000
