Role/Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
• Hands on experience in IMPLEMENTING Order to Cash, Procurement, Supply Chain – Inventory Management / Shipping and Core Finance modules.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud capabilities / functionalities to drive to-be solution to meet business requirements.
• Ability to conduct efficient workshops to understand & document business needs and perform fit/gap analysis with Oracle functionality. Propose alternate solutions based on industry leading best practices.
• Ability to identify gaps and present solution options with pros and cons for critical gaps / issues and make recommendations.
• Provide thought leadership to clients and manage internal development teams and testing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify current issues / problems and develop practical solutions.
• Experience with advising clients on Master Data cleansing / conversion strategies and approaches.
• Experience with root cause analysis leading to changes in configuration, data issues corrections, process optimization, integration error correction procedures.
• Experience writing configuration documents and functional specifications for RICE objects.
• Document business scenarios & test scripts and support CRP, SIT and UAT testing cycles.
• Ability to manage onshore & offshore team and work in collaborative manner with other project leads.
• Strong experience in managing client stakeholder expectations and relationships.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $99,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $217,800 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
