Role/Responsibilities:
- Assess current business operations and identify areas for improvement through SAP solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive SAP transformation strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for SAP transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, technical experts, and SAP consultants throughout the transformation process.
- Manage project execution, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP functionalities.
- Design and implement new business processes within the SAP system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business users to ensure system configuration aligns with their needs.
- Deep understanding of SAP modules relevant to the transformation project (e.g., S/4HANA, PLM, PTD, BRH for LifeSciences and JC.).
- Stay updated on latest SAP technologies and trends to identify potential benefits for the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation.
- Develop and execute a change management plan to effectively transition users to new SAP systems and processes.
- Train end-users on new SAP functionalities and ensure adoption across the organization.
- Address user concerns and manage resistance to change.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
- Proactively communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Deep understanding of SAP business processes and functionalities across various modules.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for SAP solutions.
- Change management expertise to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range Minimum: $139,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $286,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
