Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT Infrastructure Projects, including Cloud Migration, Transition, and Network Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and project management methodologies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of technical projects, driving innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration, transition, and infrastructure transformation projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including system administrators, engineers, cloud architects, vendors, and other technical personnel. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team success.
Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize impact and ensure project milestones are met.
Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise:
Drive technical strategy and direction for cloud adoption, migration, and transformation. Ensure best practices are followed for cloud infrastructure design, deployment, security, and scalability.
Budget and Resource Management:
Create detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage project budgets. Ensure resources are used efficiently and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
Documentation and Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, technical designs, and progress reports. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
Oversee and manage testing and validation activities related to infrastructure changes, ensuring successful implementation and deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
Post-Implementation Support:
Oversee post-implementation reviews and provide support during the transition phase to ensure smooth integration of cloud-based infrastructure into existing environments.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on Cloud Migration, Cloud Transformation, and Cloud Transitions.
Project Management Certification:
PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud architecture, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Methodologies:
Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
Cloud Migration & Transformation:
Hands-on experience with cloud migration tools and strategies, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), and cloud security best practices.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud Certifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent certifications.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing is a plus, as it provides insight into the unique challenges and compliance needs in these sectors.
DevOps Knowledge:
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
