What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Planner and Analyst position at HCM Staffing and Consulting Group?
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our Platform Insights team within our Loans Enablement Platform. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID (3 days in office, 2 days' work from home per week).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conducts and leads analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or operational planning activities.
- Creates content by telling stories using data (visualization)
- Independently applies processes and precedents to gather, organize and review platform, system, financial and operational data/metrics.
- Analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or C suite presentations.
- Communicates effectively with technical and business staff.
- Develops and delivers both insightful, and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
- Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
- Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives.
- May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 6-10 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience leading initiatives preferred.
Salary : $81,000 - $110,000
