Compensation : $70K-$90K per year commissions
Our client a leading Home Health Care company in New Jersey is in search of a Business Development Manager to help scale their operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Conduct daily face-to-face meetings to generate leads.
- Organize and attend community marketing events.
- Track activities and report progress against goals.
