Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Conduct daily face-to-face meetings to generate leads.
- Organize and attend community marketing events.
- Track activities and report progress against goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or related field.
- Sales experience in home care, health care, or senior services.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health care and senior care industries.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
