Dentist
Compensation: $150K-$180K pr/yr
Job Type: Full time and Part time available. M-F.
Our Client is seeking a Dentist to provide clinical and preventive dental care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental/oral conditions; refer patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using digital radiography (preferred).
- Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention.
- Develop and implement dental department policies and protocols.
- Participate in planning, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate dental services with other programs.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited dental school and completion of a 1-year general practice residency.
- Active state dental license and current CPR (BLS) certification.
- Proficiency in electronic medical/dental records and standard software.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience and familiarity with specific EMR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve conflicts effectively.
