• Assess and document clients' biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs
• Communicate health implications to clients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians
• Maintain accurate records and submit them promptly
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Home care experience supervising home health aides
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
