Therapist (MSW)
Compensation : $40 - $42 / hour
Job Type : Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Our client in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Therapist (MSW) to provide therapeutic services in a partial hospital setting. This temporary position involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assessment & Treatment Planning : Evaluate client behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Case Management : Manage a caseload, including documentation, treatment planning, and case management tasks within the Avatar (EHR) system.
- Therapy & Counseling : Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as psychoeducational and support groups.
- Collaboration : Work closely with teachers, families, and the treatment team to develop and monitor behavioral plans and treatment progress.
- Crisis Intervention : Provide emergency clinical and crisis services as needed.
